Rules

-No hentai (sex scenes and stuff). Yes, this seems to be one of the most emphasized rules in most RPGs. You can imply things, and a little touching is allowed (as long as you don't go into detail), but nothing more. If you want to write a hentai story, do it on your own time. I won't post it on this page, though.
-Individual stories will be posted up here if you want me to (and if it's not hentai o_O). Also, if you draw pictures of your character or other characters, they will be put up as well. ^_^
-Swearing is allowed as long as you don't use it excessively. I didn't put it on the main page (which I should do), but this RPG is rated PG-13. Don't use any racial slurs and don't insult other players. Doing so will result in being automatically kicked from the RPG.
-Relationships between characters that were not in the original series can occur if you agree upon them. However, original relationships like Moon-Tuxedo Kamen and Neptune-Uranus will remain the way they are. This can change somewhere down the line, of course! ^_^
-All stories must be sent to a member of the Monarchy to be approved before you can start sending it out. Make sure you ask everyone's permission beforehand, though (just in case it's approved--which it most likely will anywayz ^^;).
-The rankings are as follows:
Peasant: this is the first ranking you receive. It's where you begin, actually. ^^;
Lord/Lady: after you've gained some experience in the RPG, you will be allowed more freedom in your writing.
Noble: a harder position to get, this will be after you are involved in quite a few stories and have helped with ideas and other things. Also, if you start many stories, it will help you gain this position more quickly.
Monarch: sort of a council-type thing. This is when you help with something like submissions or editing the completed stories. This is the most difficult position to obtain.

Character Rules

-your character cannot look like the original one. For example: Sailormars cannot have the same style of hair, but she can have a similar (not quite the same) hair color.
-Sailorvenus should have a similar hair color (and eye color) to Sailormoon. Sailormoon's hair is white-blonde, so Sailorvenus' hair should be some shade of blonde (perhaps lighter? or much darker than in the original...)
-she/he cannot act the same as the original character. You can leave one trait (like Sailormoon is still clumsy, but she's not a ditz), though.
-change your characters name to suit their new personality. Example: Since Sailormoon's hair is no longer in odangos, her name is now Tsukino Kirei (Beauty of the Moon), rather that Tsukino Usagi (Rabbit of the Moon).
-you don't have to make your character attend the same school as they did in the original story
-although it doesn't really matter, you can change the colors of your fuku, but the powers/elements must remain the same. The style of the first fukus has not changed, either.
-there are no alterations in the fuku at the beginning. You will receive a power-up later on in the story, therefore I will allow a few alterations in each fuku. I'm hoping people won't go wild on this one quite yet, though. ^^;
-the henshin phrase remains the same. Since it's the beginning of the series, the phrase is "(name of planet) Power, Make UP!"
